About Westwood Nursing Center
In-house hemodialysis is available for short-term and long-term patients through a partnership with Concerto Renal Services. The nursing home offers 24-hour care with licensed LPNs, RNs and CNAs on site. A secured dementia unit is part of the 125-bed facility, which includes private and semi-private rooms.
