A conversation the founder never got to finish in 2009 led to the start of this home care agency. Every client receives 24/7 remote safety monitoring at no extra charge, using Sensi.AI technology that alerts the care team to changes in routine or movement between visits. All administrative staff are Certified Dementia Practitioners, and dementia training is built into standard caregiver onboarding. Care plans rely on consistent, long-tenured caregivers, with seven in ten hours of care provided by someone who has been with the agency for three years or more.
