For more than 20 years, Caris Healthcare has provided hospice and palliative care for people with serious or life-limiting illnesses. The team includes nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and a medical director who work together to manage symptoms and support patients and families wherever they live. Care includes help with pain, emotional support, advance care planning, and coordination between doctors. For patients with Alzheimer’s or other conditions, palliative care is available at any stage, even while receiving treatment.
